The Service
House of Ivy is an invite-only AI concierge that facilitates introductions among verified MBA students and alumni via SMS/WhatsApp. Introductions only occur when both parties independently opt in (double opt-in) — no introduction is made without both sides' agreement.
Eligibility
The service is invite-only and intended for MBA students and alumni. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and to remove any user at our discretion.
Messaging
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/WhatsApp messages from House of Ivy, including introductions and periodic check-ins. Message frequency is approximately 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
AI Disclosure
House of Ivy uses an AI concierge to conduct conversations and propose introductions. You are interacting with an AI, not a human representative, unless otherwise stated.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
House of Ivy facilitates introductions but does not guarantee any particular outcome, relationship, or result from an introduction.
Limitation of Liability
House of Ivy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Ivy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from interactions with other users introduced through the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
